About us

MARCIA PARAISO

The wish to reveal to the people the way I see the world was the beggining of my carreer in audiovisual projects. Its all about to look around, researching technological possibilities, to do what I like the most, make my mark for the future. I just jump on it. When I have to work for a commercial client, I use all my personal references and my sight of the world to make the difference in these projects, adapting to make this product work. Our project results are unique, cause we have fully dedication in everything that we do. Our creative vein are the answer of everything, cause together we see the other side of the same thing, making it different. My land is my shoes.

RALF TAMBKE

The fascination for the Brazilian social and cultural diversity took me to the University of Agricultural Engineering in Viçosa, Minas Gerais. But the first job in an NGO, dedicated to the social movement in the field, made me find in the photography a different way to see everything and it completely changed me, making me feel different while I was Documenting successful projects in Brazil’s countryside. I changed the Agricultural Engineering to study Cinema. As Cinematographer, I worked with advertising, documentaries, short films and tv shows, for example. Plural Filmes was a way to make this dreams come true to reach what I believe, in an independent way. Plural Films searches in its own way to make films an audiovisual conception to look for the ideology required.
